If you find your item is not compatible with your jacket or you simply change your mind, you may return your item for a full refund. The item must be returned with 14 days of purchase, in its original condition and within the original packaging, please be sure to include a copy of your order form or a note showing the order number.

Zip Us In is not able to cover the cost of postage for you to return any unwanted items. To ensure your item is received ready for a refund, we advice that items are sent back via at tracked service.

The panel is only compatible with a YKK zip. If the item is broken while being used with any other zip it won’t be refunded.
