We are very proud of the high quality of our products and would only be satisfied if you are 100% happy. Should you have any concerns over your product or find a fault within 12 months of order please get in touch for us to arrange a repair or replacement. If you find your item is not compatible with your jacket or you simply change your mind, you may return your item for a full refund. The item must be returned with 14 days of purchase, in its original condition and within the original packaging, please be sure to include a copy of your order form or a note showing the order number.<\/p>

Zip Us In is not able to cover the cost of postage for you to return any unwanted items. To ensure your item is received ready for a refund, we advice that items are sent back via at tracked service.<\/p>

The panel is only compatible with a YKK zip. If the item is broken while being used with any other zip it won\u2019t be refunded.<\/p>
